Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of financial acumen and experience in M&A or corporate development.
• Strong modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and JVs.
• Lead engagement letters, NDAs, MOUs, LOIs, and definitive agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
• Develop financial analyses, valuation, and returns models for deals.
• Negotiate terms and support executive decision-making on transactions.
• Summarize transaction highlights and strategic fit for leadership.
• Improve processes within Corporate Development and strategy teams.
