Job summary

Renaissance Strategic Advisors, LLC seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to deliver strategy consulting and M&A diligence for clients in aerospace, defense, and government services from Arlington, VA. You will work with senior leadership on project scopes, methodologies, and client communications to ensure decisive actions.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong modeling and presentation skills, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Political Science, or Public Policy.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least three years in A&D.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and deliver strategy consulting and M&A diligence projects with senior leadership involvement.
• Plan projects, coordinate engagement, and ensure timely delivery.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Create candidate lists, questionnaires, and coordinate outreach for interviews.
• Design methodology and generate outputs for Excel models and databases.
• Track industry trends and dynamics relevant to aerospace and defense.
• Deliver reports and findings to management and clients.
