Job summary

Superhuman is the AI productivity platform and this role centers on M&A and investor relations within the Superhuman Finance org. You will partner with the executive team to formulate and execute our M&A strategy and to build and maintain investor relationships.

Responsibilities include building founder/investor relationships, developing acquisition theses, leading financial modeling and deal execution, and coordinating with Strategy & Operations to align priorities and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of transactional experience spanning investment banking, consulting, investing or corporate development.
• Track record building relationships with founders/executives and investors.
• Strong analytical foundation with curiosity in technology, strategy and finance.
• Experience using generative AI to support research, analysis and communication.
• Reputation for quality, attention to detail and initiative.
• Collaborative and able to influence across departments; willing to roll up sleeves.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
• Sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with founders, executives, investors and advisors aligned with M&A priorities.
• Develop acquisition theses and market analyses for priorities.
• Lead business case development, financial modeling and valuation.
• Drive deal execution from LOI to integration planning with stakeholders.
• Engage investors, support BOD materials and updates.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to align strategic priorities.
