Job summary

Stripe in San Francisco is seeking an experienced M&A/Integration Accounting leader to own cross-functional integration strategy and execution. In this role, you will lead complex integration initiatives, establish policy alignment, oversee business combination accounting (including valuations), and act as the accounting authority for Stripe’s strategic investments.

You will shape the evolution of our financial close and reporting programs, build scalable processes, and partner with Corporate

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public accounting and/or industry
• M&A integration experience
• Fluency in U.S. GAAP and ability to research complex accounting issues
• Experience with internal controls (design, implementation and execution)
• Demonstrated history of tackling challenging projects and delivering results
• Experience planning monthly/quarterly close activities and internal reporting
