Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with hands-on M&A integration leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-functional HR integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR integration activities across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, planning, and execution.
• Manage integration workstreams covering organisational design, talent, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver integration strategies.
• Oversee talent assessments, employee retention strategies, workforce transitions, and cultural integration.
• Drive HR systems integration, data migration, and process harmonisation.
• Develop change management and employee communication strategies.
• Identify integration risks, establish project milestones, and report progress to senior leadership.
