Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to analyze financial and operating data for potential acquisitions, synthesize market insights, and communicate findings to senior leadership.

You will develop valuation models, draft presentations for the Board and external stakeholders, and support cross‑functional due diligence and strategy execution across the organization. This role requires at least 3 years in finance and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proven knowledge of corporate finance including valuation and financial analysis.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides valuation for acquisitions and organic investment opportunities through model templates and ad hoc analysis.
• Drafts presentations and memoranda for Senior Leadership, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
• Negotiates transactions and synthesizes due diligence findings with cross‑functional teams.
• Develops and maintains valuation policies, templates, and due diligence practices.
