Where you come in:
  • You will work as part of a fast-paced team to collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate potential targets, lead multi-disciplinary due diligence teams, construct complex financial models, and ensure successful decision-making and deal execution including preparation of data-driven presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
  • You will support and coordinate the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved, including coordinating cross-functional internal teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Operations, IT) and external advisors through rigorous financial, legal, and operational due diligence.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining detailed reporting templates, meeting cadences consistent with project timelines, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive reporting to properly inform internal approval processes.
  • You will support senior leadership in contract negotiations and the structuring of asset purchases, stock purchases, and other strategic inorganic transactions.
  • Your responsibilities will also include building, maintaining, and stress-testing comprehensive valuation models, including rigorous development of post-merger integration budgets.
  • You will track and maintain the company's active acquisition pipeline, managing incoming inquiries and establishing initial outreach with prospective targets.
