Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Corporate Development Director to lead financial analysis for M&A, licensing, joint ventures and strategic alliances. You will manage due diligence, coordinate with banks and external parties, and support post-deal integration and capital planning.

You will serve as the liaison between Corporate Development and Finance, driving strategic inorganic growth initiatives and reporting to the SVP Chief Corporate Development Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS Finance preferred.
• 5+ years in IB, consulting, or corporate development in healthcare.
• Experience supporting M&A and licensing in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence activities with timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with investment banks and external parties.
• Support post-deal integration and financial analysis.
• Interface between Corporate Development and Finance.
• Travel as needed.
