Job summary

Amneal is seeking an Associate Corporate Development Director to deliver high-quality financial analysis supporting M&A, in-licensing/out-licensing, joint ventures and strategic alliances. The role leads due diligence activities, manages timelines, meetings, reports and interactions with banks and external parties.

The Associate Director will support integration of acquisitions, provide post-deal analysis, assist with capital raises and SEC filings, and coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required.
• Master's Degree (MS/MA) Finance preferred.
• 5 years or more experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Development focused on health care transactions required.
• 5 years or more experience supporting M&A and/or licensing transactions in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and valuation modeling of M&A, in-licensing/out-licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Lead due diligence activities by managing timelines, meetings, reports/deliverables, and interactions with banks and external parties.
• Serve as a primary interface between Corporate Development and Finance to support post-deal analysis, capital raises, and SEC filings.
• Support integration of acquisitions by working with functional leads.
• Lead select transactions or support aspects of complex transactions.
