Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related analytical role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP systems experience preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to support performance reviews and decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with data collection, modeling, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings.
• Develop and maintain financial models, cost analyses, and business cases for investments, pricing, and other decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely, accurate financial information.
• Maintain financial data, reporting structures, and documentation to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Assist with month-end and periodic reporting activities, including performance tracking and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data collection, controls, and processes.
