The role requires 3–5 years of lumber industry experience, a business degree or equivalent, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. You will manage purchase orders, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize price, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of lumber industry experience.
• Working knowledge of lumber math and business math.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of commodity market conditions and dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure wood products and related goods.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and coordinate with sales teams.
• Prepare reports and purchase orders; manage inventory system and buy lists.
• Respond to and settle claims according to company policies.
• Support plant management and sales with inventory and pricing insights.
