Job summary

US LBM is seeking a Fulfillment Buyer to manage procurement for millwork categories across divisions, maintain inventory levels, place orders timely, and collaborate with fulfillment, inventory, and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in SCM or related field, 5 years in purchasing or inventory management, millwork experience, and strong negotiation, Excel and procurement software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control/management, materials input, or warehousing.
• Millwork experience required.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders for assigned product categories across divisions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with location leaders to avoid stockouts.
• Work with fulfillment and logistics on inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers and manage inbound inventory.
• Own daily communications with divisions regarding inventory and shipping.
