Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of Loss Prevention store management or supervisory experience.
• 1 year of Home Depot experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current Loss Prevention merchandising and operational processes to identify shrink and profit loss.
• Identify solutions, make recommendations, and implement controls to mitigate loss.
• Ensure Loss Prevention considerations are integrated into cross-functional business processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and within Loss Prevention.
• Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff.
