Responsibilities

• Lead proactive shortage reduction by preventing theft, fraud, and dishonesty.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and ensure store communication.
• Assist with incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Lead store awareness training and data security compliance.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks to the team.
• Enhance knowledge of AP programs through onboarding and training.
• Safeguard confidential information and support investigations.
• Build relationships with local law enforcement for collaboration.
• Ensure store systems operate properly and report outages or safety concerns.
