Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Support shortage reduction by preventing theft, fraud, and dishonesty; maintain knowledge of policies.
• Assist with incidents and ensure proper procedures and documentation.
• Lead awareness training, data security, and AP system use; enforce policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate daily goals and core tasks to the team.
