Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ years in retail, security and/or military experience desired.
• Experience with exception-based reporting and analytical tools.
• Industry certifications such as LPC or LPQ are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Protect profitability by driving shortage and safety programs and directives with Store Manager/AP Manager.
• Develop understanding of profitability to support cost control and expenses.
• Proactively reduce shortage by detecting theft and dishonesty.
• Investigate internal, external and ORC cases and report incidents to AP leadership.
• Ensure data security and safety awareness in-store and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Maintain security systems operability and report issues.
• Complete special projects and act as a team player on assignments.
