Comcast Advertising seeks a Senior Long-Range Forecasting & Capacity Planning Analyst to develop long-term staffing, capacity, and financial plans for non-call workloads. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and leaders to forecast demand and quantify productivity savings.

The role emphasizes building custom models, translating drivers into financial impacts, and delivering actionable recommendations for growth and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, capacity planning, finance, or operations analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to present complex findings to leadership and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience forecasting non-call workloads such as tickets, projects, cases, or back-office work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom forecasting, staffing, and capacity models for project-, ticket-, case-, and other non-call workloads.
• Translate workload forecasts into staffing requirements using productivity, utilization, shrinkage, and other operational assumptions.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly finance reviews, and workforce-related financial planning.
• Analyze actual performance against forecast and budget and explain key staffing and expense variances.
• Assess staffing and financial impacts of new products, initiatives, projects, or business changes.
• Build business cases to quantify headcount needs, labor savings, cost avoidance, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Track whether initiatives deliver expected staffing or financial benefits.
• Use analytics to identify risks, capacity opportunities, and process improvements.
• Partner with business leaders to understand future demand and provide clear staffing and financial recommendations.
• Lead improvements to forecasting and capacity-planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor analysts and provide guidance on forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
