Comcast is seeking a Senior Long-Range Forecasting & Capacity Planning Analyst to develop long-term staffing, capacity, and financial plans for non-call workloads. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and leaders to forecast demand, determine staffing needs, support budgeting, and quantify productivity and cost-saving opportunities.
Success requires translating drivers into financial impacts, creating custom models, and delivering clear recommendations for action.
Comcast Business offers a suite of Connectivity, Communications, Networking, Cybersecurity, Wireless, and Managed Solutions to help global organizations of all sizes prepare for what's next. Powered by the nation's largest Gig-speed broadband network and backed by 24/7 customer support, Comcast Business is the nation's largest technology provider to small businesses and one of the leading service providers to the Enterprise market. Comcast Business has been consistently recognized by industry analysts and associations as a leader and innovator, and one of the fastest growing providers of Ethernet services.
The Senior Long-Range Forecasting & Capacity Planning Analyst is responsible for developing long-term staffing, capacity, and financial plans for operations driven primarily by projects, tickets, cases, and other non-call workloads. This role partners with Operations, Finance, and business leaders to forecast demand, determine staffing requirements, support budgeting, evaluate new initiatives, and quantify productivity and cost-saving opportunities. Because traditional forecasting tools do not support many of these workloads, this role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining custom forecast and staffing models. Success in this role requires more than producing a forecast. The individual must understand the business drivers behind the forecast, translate those drivers into financial and operational impacts, and provide clear recommendations on the actions the business should take.
