Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage supply chain activities, inventory systems, and forecasting data in Kinston, NC. This role requires coordinating domestic and international carriers to support timely receiving and shipping, while liaising with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to optimize delivery and compliance.

Strong SAP and MS Office/Google Workspace skills, plus 2–3 years of freight experience, are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as focal/CSR for inbound and outbound freight.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international carriers.
• Familiar with ITAR and international import/export shipping requirements.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer support, supply officers, engineering, QA, traffic, and warehousing to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Manage domestic and international carriers to support receiving and shipping dates.
• Offer routings for inbound/outbound shipments at pricing levels beneficial to the client.
• Provide delivery status and proper documentation for all material movements.
