Molex is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and category strategies for transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage across the Americas. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and regional partners to optimize cost, service, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include negotiating supplier agreements, leading sourcing events, and analyzing spend to drive improvements in a fast-paced, global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and/or third-party logistics services.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spend, cost, and performance data.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Support category strategies across transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage services throughout the Americas.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management for regional logistics providers.
• Analyze transportation, warehousing, and logistics spend to identify cost savings and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive service and value creation.
• Monitor market trends, rates, capacity constraints, and industry developments across logistics services.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and leaders to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
• Support supplier performance management, including scorecards and business reviews.
• Contribute to regional and global procurement initiatives to improve efficiency and standardize practices.
• Utilize data and analytics to support decision-making and measure sourcing impact.
