Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement for Government or similar environments.
• Experience with procurement and logistics management software.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and risk assessment skills for stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Experience with inventory tracking and multi-location shipments.
• Vendor relationship management and supplier performance evaluation.
• Ability to identify supply-chain risks and communicate impacts to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order management process to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet contract requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate deliveries with on-site personnel and ensure accurate receipt, inventory, and invoicing.
• Develop and manage logistics plans for multi-site delivery environments.
• Manage configuration, staging, and integration activities where applicable.
• Maintain order trackers and inventory lists and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Forecast material demand with program management and technical teams for timely procurement.
• Lead process improvements to streamline procurement workflows and reduce lead times.
