Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Lead Logistics Planner to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The role is focused on leading logistics planning studies, validating multidepartment models, and delivering strategic analyses to optimize readiness.

Candidates should have 12+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active Secret Clearance. PMP/DAWIA and related credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience; additional experience may substitute for education.
• Experience as final Technical Authority for logistics planning and document approvals.

Responsibilities

• Authorizes, plans, and coordinates the overarching technical execution of logistics planning studies.
• Serve as the final authority for investigating enterprise planning discrepancies and approving complex root cause analyses.
• Formulate long-range logistical policies and establish performance baselines to optimize readiness metrics.
• Lead theater-wide distribution activities coordination with joint and expeditionary command partners.
• Deliver expert briefings and strategic optimization papers to senior leadership.
