Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration) and 1 year experience in ops/logistics/retail with supervising, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors.
• OR 3 years experience in ops/logistics/retail supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing staff for multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage associates and leaders in the area by giving direction and feedback and identifying training needs.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production quality, safety, improvements).
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics, quality and safety standards and maintain procedures.
