• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1+ year in operations/logistics or retail environments with supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring and promoting employees across multiple departments or areas.
• 3 years' experience supervising managers/supervisors, managing workload, and participating in hiring/promotion of employees.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using judgment or escalation as needed.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
