The role emphasizes long-range planning, value-added services, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics.
• MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop network vision and translate it to sites and staff.
• Grow revenue and margins by managing customer relationships.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor site KPIs and introduce new metrics for insight.
• Meet General Managers monthly to align on operations.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network.
