Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to lead shift operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will coach and develop staff while ensuring safe, efficient work aligned with customer expectations.

The role requires 1+ year in transportation/warehouse/ distribution and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year and a Monday–Saturday schedule from 5:30am to 3:30pm. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more of experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and oversee staff performance.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to plan and review processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; drive engagement and accountability.
• Address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
