Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required.
• Experience managing logistics operations, carrier performance, and transportation-related issue resolution.
• Extensive knowledge of international and domestic logistics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with distribution, customer service, procurement, planning, and operations teams to support reliable freight execution.
• Build strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 4PL partners to improve communication and visibility.
• Develop and monitor logistics KPIs, analyze data and present recommendations to improve cost, capacity, service, and execution.
• Develop and manage logistics-related project plans and communicate updates across teams and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve freight consolidation, routing, and carrier utilization.
