UniGroup, Inc. seeks a Load Planner to keep its transportation network running efficiently. You will plan and dispatch shipments, track orders from origin to delivery, and partner with agents, drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.
Strong problem-solving and real-time decision making.

Responsibilities

Plan and dispatch shipments to maximize capacity and meet timelines.
Monitor shipments in transit and resolve issues quickly.
Communicate with agents, drivers, customers, and carriers to coordinate and problem-solve.
Negotiate with carriers to support cost-effective transportation solutions.
Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
Partner with internal teams to support smooth operations and strong customer outcomes.
