Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a 3PL Category Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for warehousing and distribution services across North America and EMEA. You will lead end-to-end sourcing activities, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance in a global, collaborative environment.

The role requires a strong procurement background, experience with cross-functional partners, and the ability to manage complex negotiations while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or category management experience.
• Experience leading sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience across North America and EMEA, with cross-cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies for 3PL warehousing and related logistics services across North America and EMEA.
• Lead RFIs and RFQs; manage end-to-end sourcing activities including evaluations and awards.
• Negotiate commercial terms; lead contract development and lifecycle management.
• Monitor supplier performance; conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize warehousing and distribution networks.
