Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Lead Logistics Specialist to organize the distribution of goods and supplies, ensuring on-time deliveries at a good cost.

You will plan, coordinate, forecast, and track materials for various projects, while maintaining quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least three years of logistics experience and strong MS Office skills, with the ability to lead teams and resolve issues across multiple tasks and sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Experience in customer interface between customer and company.
• Minimum of three (3) years of logistics experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet company driving standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and coordinate material deliveries to job sites.
• Facilitate material orders to align with project schedules.
• Forecast needs for projects.
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and costs.
• Resolve problems or complaints as they arise.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and improvements.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
