Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Logistics - Distribution Planning and Execution to own distribution planning and execution for successful deployment of its automation systems. You will align warehouse inputs with project milestones and site readiness requirements.

You will lead a team, translate inbound supply signals into warehouse positioning plans, and coordinate with Inventory and Transportation to ensure sequenced deliveries, staging, and release to installation sites, while continuously

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution planning, or warehouse roles.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience within Operations, Logistics or warehouse environment.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or planning tools to manage inventory flow and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional processes without direct ownership of all execution teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multi-workstream environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage site distribution planning activities to support installation schedules.
• Translate inbound supply and inventory signals into warehouse positioning plans.
• Partner with Inventory Operations to stage, kit, and convert materials into buildable outputs.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to align staging priorities and outbound readiness.
• Define and manage warehouse release strategies to sites with aligned installation milestones.
• Collaborate with Transportation to align shipment timing and routing with release plans.
• Identify supply chain risks and drive resolution or escalation as needed.
• Provide reporting on site readiness and warehouse output to stakeholders.
