Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain roles.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction, industrial, or field logistics experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics operations supporting field, warehouse, service, and prefabrication activities.
• Develop logistics plans aligned with project schedules and priorities.
• Oversee material movement, delivery scheduling, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Project Management, and Operations leadership.
• Manage vendor, carrier, freight, and transportation relationships.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and inventory movement.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and material flow disruptions.
• Develop logistics procedures, controls, and documentation standards.
• Support budgeting and logistics cost management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
