Job summary

Kao USA is seeking an Account Manager to service customers by executing daily order processing, analyzing forecasts and inventory, and maximizing on-time and fill-rate metrics. You will investigate service levels and facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include managing daily orders, maintaining SAP master data, tracking shipments, and leading forecasting discussions with key accounts. A hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
• Experience with SAP and logistics/customer service segments.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing activities for a specified account or group of accounts.
• Maintain SAP files such as customer master files, pricing tables, customer resource tables, and customer specific material determination tables.
• Monitor promotional orders to ensure timely shipment and arrival at the customer's DC by the requested delivery date.
• Execute stock management by ensuring the correct item and versions are shipping to the appropriate customer at the correct timing.
• Facilitate and drive customer and cross functional team meetings.
• Manage key accounts on inventory and forecasting management by proactively suggesting strategies that impact the customers ordering forecast.
• Drive service level investigation and improvements with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Perform monthly KPI reporting and analyze customer service levels.
• Understand supply chain requirements and develop solutions to resolve issues.
