Job summary

Kao is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to manage monthly financial reporting, assist with budgets and forecasts, and support global consolidation. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and cross-geo collaboration to guide business decisions.

You will use PowerBI, Alteryx, and SAP to enhance reporting across the Kao portfolio and ensure timely delivery of financial insights. A hybrid work setup is offered, with strong emphasis on teamwork and process standardization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or management reporting.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience with consolidations in multi-country environments preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; basic PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Alteryx is a plus.
• SAP and EPM/BPC or similar ERP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast support, create upload templates and timelines.
• Maintain consolidation reporting packages across geographies and brands.
• Investigate variances and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Lead reporting projects end-to-end for new geographies and brands.
• Improve reporting applications and tools; train others on changes.
• Support ad hoc reports and data requests as needed.
