Job summary

Kao is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to manage monthly close activities and support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. You will lead global consolidation data, improve reporting processes, and drive accuracy across geographies and brands.

The role requires 3+ years in financial analysis or accounting, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI and SAP/EPM tools. Hybrid work is offered along with strong benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or management reporting.
Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
Experience with consolidations in multi-country environments preferred.
Advanced Excel skills; basic PowerPoint & Word.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx a plus.
Experience with SAP and EPM/BPC (or similar ERP applications) a plus.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and forecasting support; develop annual budgets and monthly forecast reviews.
Create, maintain, and distribute consolidation reporting packages.
Investigate variances and resolve root causes to ensure accuracy.
Lead reporting hierarchy design for smooth consolidation; coordinate across geographies/brands.
Continuously improve reporting applications and tools.
Utilize software to improve financial reports and drive business insights; train others on improvements.
