Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end logistics across the West Warwick facility and our distribution network. You will oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material flow to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

You will drive cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement, collaborating with planning, operations, and commercial teams to align with production schedules and customer requirements across North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory control, and transportation management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end logistics across the West Warwick facility and distribution network.
Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of materials and goods; drive inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
Establish daily/weekly logistics priorities aligned with production schedules and customer requirements.
Partner with Planning, Operations, and Commercial to prioritize orders and manage carrier performance.
