Skyline Transport is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our growing, family-owned team in Washington. You will book loads, coordinate trucks across states, and serve as the critical link between drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fleet productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking dispatch or logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry standards.

Responsabilités

• Book and coordinate freight loads for our trucks across all states.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
• Assist in customer service and problem-solving.
