Job summary

Christensen Logistic Coordinators is recruiting for a Seattle-based Logistics Coordinator responsible for routing internal and external deliveries, validating driver workflows, and ensuring schedules meet DOT hours of service regulations. You will work with internal teams to optimize costs and efficiency.

The role requires 2-5 years in dispatch/logistics, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of WA/OR/ID delivery areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• 2-5 years of dispatching, logistics, or similar experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of delivery area (WA, OR, ID, AZ, NM, NV & UT).
• DOT compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Route internal and external deliveries and validate driver workflow.
• Manage fuel orders for transport loads from customers and internal sales.
• Coordinate with supply and pricing teams for allocation and pricing needs.
• Monitor truck hours of service and the Motive system.
• Lead driver assignments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Communicate shifts or route changes to stakeholders as needed.
• Log and report emergencies and delivery incidents.
• Collaborate with OAC and Territory Managers to improve profitability.
