Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the domestic movement of goods, ensure accurate shipping documentation, and support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

You will coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and customers while reviewing orders, creating shipping docs, and monitoring progress to resolve issues quickly. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in domestic logistics coordination or transportation planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and carrier portals.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation providers (LTL, FTL, courier, etc.) to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments across the U.S.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to manage logistics expectations and resolve delivery issues.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and completeness prior to release.
• Create and maintain accurate domestic shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and carrier labels.
• Monitor shipment progress, identify delays or discrepancies, and work with carriers to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain shipping schedules, track deliveries, and report delays or cost issues to management.
• Assist with freight claims and coordinate resolution with carriers when shipments are damaged or lost.
• Support the logistics team in managing freight spend and ensuring budget alignment.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Apply working knowledge of domestic shipping regulations and carrier requirements.
