Job summary

The Kenan Advantage Group is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to manage the scheduling and tracking of customer shipments and oversee fleet and safety management. The role focuses on coordinating with suppliers, wash, repair, and carrier facilities while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include prioritizing orders, resolving supply chain issues, and maintaining accurate records for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience is required.
• Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation is preferred.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, prioritizes, and manages customer orders and shipments.
• Oversees relationships with suppliers, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carrier, and render facilities.
• Initiates actions to resolve supply chain issues that affect shipments to customers.
• Ensures deliveries and customer equipment comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Records and maintains files and records requested by customers.
