Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Summit, NJ to support the client’s Operations team with advanced data analysis that informs business decisions and strategy. The role includes ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing 3PL performance, and collaborating with Quality, Marketing, Finance, and Project Management on long-term initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills, with excellent communication abilities to work across

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• Engineering or Supply Chain degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain initiatives defined in the client roadmap.
• Analyze opportunities to integrate with the broader organization.
• Manage domestic/international fulfillment processes and warehouse support.
• Process shipping of orders in ERP system and manage POs.
• Reconcile inventory between WMS and ERP and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers.
• Analyze monthly 3PL invoices and estimate logistics spend for quarter ends.
• Provide analytical support for 3PL projects and act as SME for logistics activities.
