Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our premier client in Summit, NJ. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for supporting our client’s Operations team by providing advanced analytical support that transforms raw data into actionable information, ultimately driving business and strategy decisions.

This role is also composed of tactical responsibilities that drive increases in inventory accuracy and 3PL performance. The position requires local to Summit, NJ.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• Engineering or Supply Chain degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
• ERP systems experience (Epicor) preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and strategize within the client roadmap.
• Support end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities to integrate with broader organization.
• Manage domestic/international fulfillment and warehouse support.
• Coordinate shipping of orders in ERP system.
• Collaborate with buyers/finance on purchase orders.
• Manage inventory reconciliations and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Develop monthly inventory projections for cross-functional review.
• Lead SLOB reduction reviews and disposition planning.
• Coordinate destruction of expired or damaged inventory with compliance.
• Analyze monthly 3PL invoices and estimate logistics spend.
• Provide analytical support to 3PL projects; SME for logistics.
• Support the Project Management Organization on logistics activities.
