Job summary

LX Pantos America is seeking a proactive CL Account Management Specialist in Cerritos, CA to support key customer accounts and execute sales strategies. You will collaborate with customers, operations teams, and global HQ to drive revenue growth, improve service quality, and ensure smooth end-to-end processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and data analysis skills, customer-facing experience, and a solid understanding of logistics or supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, sales support, or customer account management.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
• Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation operations preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account management for key customers, including order management and service coordination.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
• Assist in preparing customer reports, KPIs, and business review materials.
• Support sales planning activities, including forecasting and pricing updates.
• Analyze customer volume trends, operational performance, and cost structures to support decisions.
• Coordinate with HQ/global branches for pricing, routing guides, SOP updates, and special projects.
