Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of lending practices, credit analysis and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess risk and make sound decisions.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate loan applications by analyzing applicants' financial status, creditworthiness and repayment ability.
• Assist clients in understanding loan options, terms and conditions.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation to process loan requests.
• Approve or decline loan applications based on established lending criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of loan transactions and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with credit analysts and team members to facilitate loan processing.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely decisions.
