Qualifications

• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree with ABA-approved paralegal certification or an associate’s degree in paralegal studies
• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms, litigation support databases, legal research tools, and legal billing practices

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of discovery, including document collection, organization, review, logging, production, and compliance.
• Prepare, draft, file, and serve court documents, including routine filings, notices, motions, and subpoenas in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate and manage case schedules, hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and expert witness communications.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files, litigation databases, witness lists, exhibits, and trial presentation materials.
• Conduct legal and factual research, verify citations, and assist with case analysis.
