The Strategic Literacy Solutions Engineer brings that expertise into RGR’s most complex and high-impact opportunities. Working alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, this role helps district and state leaders understand how RGR solutions can support their instructional priorities, implementation goals, and desired student outcomes.
Success in this role means bringing instructional credibility and strategic insight to complex opportunities, helping stakeholders move confidently from consideration to adoption, and contributing measurably to pipeline growth, deal progression, and long-term account success.
The Role
The Strategic Literacy Solutions Engineer is an instructional expert, strategic advisor, and go-to-market partner supporting RGR’s largest and most complex opportunities.
You’ll bring deep literacy expertise into conversations with district and state leaders, uncover instructional needs, connect those needs to RGR solutions, and help shape approaches that are instructionally sound and practical to implement. You’ll also partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, presentations, stakeholder engagement, and expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate can move comfortably between instruction and business, equally credible discussing the Science of Reading with education leaders and collaborating internally on the strategy needed to advance a complex opportunity.

This is a fully remote role. Team members work primarily at a computer and regularly engage in video conferencing, document review, and digital collaboration. You must be able to work at a screen for extended periods, use standard input devices, and participate in virtual meetings.
