Job summary

Really Great Reading is seeking a Strategic Literacy Solutions Engineer to bring deep literacy expertise to conversations with district and state leaders, translate needs into practical, implementable solutions, and contribute to a strong, evidence-based approach to student outcomes.

You will move across instructional and business discussions, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape strategies, deliver tailored demonstrations, and drive adoption of RGR solutions in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of K–12 education experience.
• Deep expertise in the Science of Reading and foundational literacy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Experience supporting complex sales, solution consulting, partnerships, or adoption cycles.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate literacy research into practical solutions.
• Ability to balance instructional credibility with business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as instructional and solution expert for high-value opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to advance deals.
• Translate district needs into practical, outcome-driven solutions.
• Deliver tailored presentations for district, state, and executives.
• Support alignment, objection handling, and deal strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with district and state leaders.
• Support account planning, expansion strategy across districts and states.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns tied to growth.
• Represent the company at conferences and external events.
