Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue and manage key customer relationships in the South Carolina region. You will lead sales initiatives, pricing strategies, and credit terms while servicing commercial, government, and institutional accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with electrical/lighting supplies.
• Customer service background.
• 2-5 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Calling on commercial, government and institutional customers as well as driving lighting projects
• Manage the sales of products and services to account base
• Develop new customer relationships
• Regular end user joint calls with suppliers
• Develop sales leads
• Develop customer pricing strategy that enhances profitability
• Quote prices and credit terms
• Coordinate customer training
• Investigate and resolve customer issues
• Attend trade shows and meetings
• Attend training as required by Capital Electric
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals
• Other duties as required
