Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking an analyst to provide hands-on support throughout the acquisition lifecycle for specific programs in the United States. You will independently develop key acquisition documents (SOWs, PWS, MRs, J&As) and participate in program meetings with technical and functional teams to ensure procurement actions are timely and well supported.

The requirements include 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, knowledge of DoW or IC acquisitions, and experience

Qualifications

• Develop acquisition documents (SOWs, PWS, MR, J&As) as required.
• Assist IGCE preparation by analyzing cost data.
• Attend program meetings to document impacts and acquisition considerations.
• Coordinate with ISPs, engineering, and finance to define and fund requirements.
• Provide independent review of acquisition-related deliverables for the program manager.

Responsibilities

• Independently developing a full range of acquisition documentation, including SOWs, PWS, Market Research reports, and J&As.
• Assisting in IGCE preparation by gathering and analyzing data.
• Participating in program meetings and PMRs to document impacts.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure funded contract actions.
• Providing independent review of acquisition-related deliverables such as transition plans and status reports.
