Contracts and Acquisitions Program Analyst

Opportunity

As a Program Analyst, you need to navigate the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project progressing productively. Your role involves implementing and maintaining organizational programs in support of acquisitions, working with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting, and helping with tactical planning using tools like MS Office. You will also regularly interact with subject matter experts, engineers, schedulers, and customers to communicate progress and ensure the program achieves its goals while meeting quality standards.

You Have

• Experience with DoD acquisitions developing products such as performance work statements (PWS) and request for proposals (RFP)
• Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment, or 12+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
• Experience with telecommunications acquisition
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance
